The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.12.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.47389 of 2022 to the extent that the submission of petitioner at para-4, last line that "He is still ready to keep her with full honour and dignity" be deleted as the said submission was inadvertently made without the consent of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already filed a Divorce case in the year, 2020 itself, as the said marriage was solemnized forcibly on gun

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21664 of 2023(2) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 point.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the said submission made on behalf of the petitioner that "he is still ready to keep her with full honour and dignity" be deemed to be omitted from the paragraph no.4 of order dated 06.12.2022 of Cr. Misc. No.47389 of 2022.

The order dated 06.12.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above and let this order be read along with the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47389 of 2022. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
