JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 414 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 379, 337 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant by means of Axe on his head and there is allegation against other persons also.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is delay in lodging the F.I.R also.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within

No.3610 of 2019(4) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.
