The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 313, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not tortured the complainant rather she herself left the house out of her sweet will. However, the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with fully honour and dignity as wife and statement to that effect has

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No. 956 of 2017.
