At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so

Patna High Court CWJC No.1754 of 2023(2) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari shall take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
