Learned counsel for petitioner submits that his claim for benefits under 3rd MACP is pending before the The District Agriculture Officer, Nalanda, Biharsharif (Respondent No.6) by way of his Annexure 7 dated 29.7.2017. Since the consideration of the petitioner's claim is pending before the Authorities, at present, no adjudication is called for. Pendency of the writ proceeding would be futile.

The application is, therefore, disposed off with direction
