Patna High Court CWJC No.5428 of 2021 dt.21-12-2021 2/3 After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not to be in favour with the contentions raised across the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to approach the Principal Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, Respondent No. 2, inviting attention of the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 for framing a policy in terms thereof.

Well, it is always open for the petitioner to invite attention of the legislators/authorities for framing an appropriate policy and the Court leaves it to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as he may be advised in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
