Khan and Ms. Babita Kumari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Mr. Raj Nandan Prasad and Mr. Vishesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detail representation before the appropriate authority with respect to his claim on account of payment of group insurance. The petitioner submits that he will also file no objection from the other legal representative of the deceased employee, who had retired on 30.04.2020 and died on 10.05.2022. The concerned authority realizes that due to their inaction, the deceased employee was not paid the entire amount of group insurance during his life time.
3. The concerned authority must ensure that entire exercise for making payment of group insurance to any of the legal representative of the deceased employee including the petitioner be done within a period of six weeks without further delay.
