JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(I). For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari and / or other appropriate writ/writs by quashing / setting aside the valuation assessed containing in memo no. 2366 dated 19.3.2013 passed by the Respondent No. 7, which is excessive.
Patna High Court CWJC No.5140 of 2017(4) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 (II). For a direction to the respondents to assess the reasonable valuation of the under construction House PMR 01 taking into the consideration of earlier valuations.
(III). For a direction to the respondents to allot all the earlier allotted house PMR 01 to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
