The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 397 of 2018 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.11.2018. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner is employee of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Barauni refinery. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
