15-09-2015 Heard Sri Arun Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 5. The petitioner, who retired in the year 1998 and filed several writ petitions & contempt petition, has again approached this Court, with a prayer to direct the respondents to revise his pay-scale at par with persons junior to him.

From the last order i.e. order dated 04-10-2007 passed in M.J.C. No. 1198 of 2005, it is evident that almost all the grievances of the petitioner were redressed and after being satisfied, this Court had dropped the contempt proceeding.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13304 of 2008 (3) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 Ofcourse, again a prayer is being made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to consider his representation i.e. Annexure - 6 to the writ petition, the Court is of the opinion that once the matter has already been set at rest and contempt proceeding too dropped, there is no reason to pass any fresh order.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
