The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 149, 323, 436, 384, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. A civil suit bearing Title Suit No.142 of 2013 is going on between the parties.

In the aforesaid background, there is allegation of commission of abuse, assault and damage by mischief of F.I.R. Considering the background and nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
