JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Turkauliay (Banjariya) P. S. Case No. 739 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273 of IPC and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. As per F.I.R., it is said that on seeing the police party petitioner had tried to fled away from there throwing the bag from which there is recovery of illicit liquor. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though it is alleged that the villagers had disclosed the name of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1681 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of 9th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P. S. Case No.739 of 2019.
