Nos. 4028 of 2020, 13391 of 2021, 15752 of 2021 and 16565 of 2021 have been tagged along with C.W.J.C. No. 7459 of 2020 and order has been passed. Body of the order is restricted to only Sasaram district. In other words, Rajiv Kumar's case is relating to Sasaram. In so far as Binod Kumar, Nirmal Kumar, Rafiq Quraishi and Haider Ansari, their grievance is relating to different districts other than Sasaram like, Saran, Nawada and East Champaran.
