The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Jamil @ Md. Jamil Akhtar who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 24.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 10740/2015 and thereafter, petitioner was charge sheeted in the present case.

It would appear from perusal of the material available on record that except the above stated fact as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
