2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(3), 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 1250 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the bank of Gandak River.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion . Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature in which he is on bail. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts of the case , in the event of

No.7532 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned 3rd Exclusive Special Excise Judge Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa Police Station Case No. 125 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
