Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be wife of step-brother of the deceased and prosecution claimed that petitioner along with her sons eliminated the deceased with an object to grab the entire ancestral property. However, it appears that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
