The petitioner was granted provisional bail vide order dated 3rd of January, 2022 and case-diary was called for.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bishambharpur P. S. Case No. 54 of 2020, dated 09.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and one Pradeep Gond is said to have assaulted the members of the prosecution party for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13467 of 2021(3) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 having tried to pre-empt the petitioner and his friend from playing a game of cricket.

The mother of the petitioner had earlier filed a case against the father of the victim for not having executed a government sponsored social programmed in an effective manner.

Be that as it may, the injury attributable to the petitioner has been found to be simple in nature. Considering the background facts, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is, hereby, confirmed. The petitioner shall remain on the same bail-bonds. The application stands allowed.
