JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Petitioner being brother-in-law of the deceased is languishing in custody since 01.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that uncle of the informant Sethi Sahni used to work at Delhi and on the eve of Dussahra he came to his in-laws house where he was killed since there was some money dispute with the victim.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Moreover the parents-in-law of the deceased have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 30266 of 2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
