This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was not named in the First Information Report.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that he and his brother Jay Govind Singh came to be implicated in this case, during course of investigation, on the basis of suspicion to the effect that sons of Bharat Singh were involved in commission of the offence. He has submitted that there is no material over and above the said

He has drawn my attention to Annexure-3 to this application, whereby co-accused Jay Govind Singh @ Biru Singh has been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 28.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14861 of 2019.

Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018.
