The petitioner seeks bail in Madhusudanpur (Nathnagar) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner made firing and snatched his motorcycle.

It is submitted that father and uncle of the informant were accused in the murder case of the brother of the petitioner. A false case has been filed only to put pressure to compromise the case of murder. The petitioner is in jail since 09.10.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on
