Petitioner's Counsel submits that other writ petitions have been filed substantially praying for grant of similar relief as prayed in the instant writ petition.

In view thereof the relief in the instant writ petition in so far as the order of punishment dated 10.5.2018 is concerned, is an issue which can be raised in the other writ petitions.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2173 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Counsel for the State also submits that the ultimate relief claimed herein as well as other writ petitions are in respect of same benefits.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be incorporating the relief in so far as the challenge to the order of punishment dated 10.5.2018 is concerned in appropriate pending proceedings.

Without expressing any opinion on the merit of such submission the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
