2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 69835 of 2024 seeking a further extension of four weeks' time for the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bonds.

3. Though there is long delay in filing the application for modification; however considering the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, in presence of learned Advocate for the State, the modification application stands allowed. A further period of four weeks' time is extended from today for surrendering and furnishing bail bonds in terms of the order of this Court dated 23.10.2024.

4. Accordingly, the present application for modification is allowed. The order dated 23.10.2024 stands modified to the extent indicated hereinabove, subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited in the Account of the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
