JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant himself has admitted in his written report that when he went in search of her daughter-in-law petitioner met him on Barauni railway station and disclosed the name of co-accused Md. Akram, who abducted the informant's daughter-in-law. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Refinery O.P.) P.S.Case No. 409 of 2015.
