2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 . According to F.I.R., all the accused persons including this petitioner assaulted son of informant by means of various weapons and also snatched, gold chain , cash and mobile from them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of stabbing with knife is against co-accused Jata Shankar. So far this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to have snatched gold chain . There is no allegation of

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation , clean antecedent of petitioner, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur P. S. Case No. 387 of 2022 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
