The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Shitla Devi, the daughter of the informant, was married with Pappu Singh and the deceased got three children. The informant alleged that all the accused persons killed his daughter.
The petitioner is the maternal uncle-in-law of the deceased. The informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in Teghra P.S. Case No. 369 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
