One country made Katta is said to have been recovered from the possession of petitioner when police went to the house of petitioner in connection with investigation of Kudra P.S. case No. 256/ 2015 registered under section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and except the aforesaid case the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Madhukar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Kudra P.S. case No.259/2015.
