JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 09.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner, one pistol and six live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah P.S. Case No. 582 of 2014.
