The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 572 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he has appeared in the examination in place of on one Lalit Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 4.12.2018.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail, let the petitioner named above, is directed to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4232 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge cum A.C.J.M. XII Patna in connection with Patiliputra P.S. Case No. 572 of 2018, G.R. no. 9235/2018.
