Petitioner retired from the post of Office Superintendent on 31.03.2018 from Darbhanga Medical College Hospital, Darbhanga. Petitioner claims his post retiral benefits including Group Insurance, Gratuity, Earned Leave as well as Current Pension and arrears of pension.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 5, the Superintendent, Darbhanga Medical College Hospital,

Any amount, due to the petitioner, would be paid within one month thereafter.
