A stranger, namely Ranjit Kumar, while was engaged at the shop of informant slipped along with a child aged about two and half years namely Sahil Kumar. On great search, the prosecution failed to locate him and ultimately police was informed. During course of investigation, informant had stated that he had circulated the pamphlets regarding missing. Subsequently, he received call from SIM No.7549606532 and the caller directed to come to see the child and on account thereof, he had gone to Dhanbad, met with the caller. However, on account of some sort of brawl taken place in between, attracted the local police, who took custody and then, was remanded in this case. Accordingly, petitioner Amit Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.
