2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for direction to the Respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner with interest for Raiyati Land of the petitioner which has been acquired by the Respondents, Under the scheme of North Koyal Yojna, without further delay;

(ii) for direction to the Respondents to furnish all relevant papers to the petitioner regarding acquisition of her

Patna High Court CWJC No.16381 of 2018(3) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 Raiyti Land and after giving proper opportunity of for hearing an award be prepared accordance with existing land acquisition Act and further the amount of compensation be paid to the petitioner without any delay with interest;

(iii) for grant of any other relief or reliefs in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case.

A counter affidavit of the respondent no. 3 filed in the year 2018 is on record according to which, considering the application of the petitioner for referring the matter to a competent Civil Court, it was referred to the District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad for determination of dispute arising out of Award No. 38 by letter no. 51 dated 08.02.2000. The copy was served upon the petitioner on 29.11.2018 but there is no rejoinder to it.

5. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, dismissed for non-prosecution.
