Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 457, 326, 354, 307, 302, 201, 120 (B), 504 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
