Taking into consideration that altogether 5 stolen motorcycles are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 26 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
