The petitioners are in custody in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 510 of 2018 giving rise to G.O. Case No. 929 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 91.500 liters liquor was seized. He further submits that petitioners have no concern with the seized liquor. He next contended that petitioners were going to their

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody since 13.10.2018, let the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Sessions Judge IVth -cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 510 of 2018 giving rise to G.O. Case No. 929 of 2018.
