2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.1002 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 "(i) To direct the Respondent No. 2 i.e.

Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation to dispose of Vigilance Case 43B/2022 filed by the Petitioner within a period of reasonable time by holding the Court on regular basis.

(ii) To direct the Respondent Authorities to demolish the illegal construction made by the Private Respondents as mentioned under the Site Inspection Report dated 05.12.2022."

3. It is unfortunate that for disposal of a vigilance case, the petitioner has to approach this Court.

4. Mr. Prasoon Sinha, learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that the Vigilance Case No. 43B of 2022 shall be taken up and disposed of at an earliest.

5. Taking his submission into account, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation to take up the matter and dispose it of, if still it has not been disposed of in next eight weeks.
