Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under the new Guidelines dated 25.07.2019, appeal has been preferred before the District Programme Officer (Respondent No 4), against the order passed by the Child Development Project Officer dated 25.11.2019. The appeal is said to be pending before Respondent No 4 till date. Prayer is that the same may be disposed of by Respondent No 4.

The same is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No 4 to conclude the proceedings in the appeal expeditious, without any delay and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after hearing the necessary parties and in accordance with law.
