JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be uncle of husband of the deceased and furthermore, it is alleged that husband of the deceased had illicit relation with wife of the petitioner. Moreover, the wife of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6870 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
