An allegation has been made that the petitioner and others are involved in the kidnapping of a child aged about 14 years but, the case diary suggest that the boy was not kidnapped but, an exaggerated story has been made in the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, namely, Bhutali Sao be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2001, subject to the condition that (i) one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the
