One iron barrel and other articles are said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner and on the basis of the aforesaid recovery, it is stated that the petitioner was engaged in manufacturing the arms.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.11.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Rafiganj P.S. Case no. 187/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
