JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2017 In the present writ petition the petitioner claims his selection as constable on the basis of an advertisement , which was published long back in the year 1998. Sri Pramod Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of learned AC to AAG No. 11 submits that earlier also the petitioner had filed a writ petition which was disposed of with certain directions and thereafter, the matter was examined and it was found that petitioner was short in height.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17567 of 2008 (3) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 The court is of the opinion that in a case of appointment of constable, pursuant to an advertisement , which was published long back in the year 1998, at this juncture no fruitful purpose would be served in further examining the matter. I do not find any ground to interfere in the matter. The writ petition stands dismissed.
