The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing the informant.

The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation on the confession of Vikash @ Mallu.

Statement has been made in para 8 of the petition that neither the petitioner has been put on TIP nor any recovery has been made and now the investigation has already concluded.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15009 of 2015 (02) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna City in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 182 of 2014.
