JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent authorities to make payment of the admitted outstanding dues pertaining to the road constructed by the petitioner in ward No. 12 at Mairwa under Mukhyamantri Kshetra Vikas Yojana 2014-15.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the respondent No. 3 i.e. The Executive Engineer, Local Area Engineering Organization, Work Division-2, Siwan, hence, he be directed to consider the grievances of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3304 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Executive Engineer, Local Area Engineering Organization, Work Division02, Siwan for payment of the admitted outstanding dues and in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent No. 3 shall consider the same and pass reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter and in case any admitted outstanding dues are found payable, the same shall be paid within a further period of six weeks therefrom.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
