This is an application for bail in a case of misuse. Initially the case was registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code when the petitioner was granted bail. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 22.10.2013. At present petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2014. The impugned order does not reflect that any progress has been made after the petitioner being taken into custody.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner now appear before the learned court below regularly.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14093 of 2015 (02) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 562A of 1999 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 183 of 1995.

The learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
