Petitioner was caught on the spot and his blood stain trouser was recovered. Furthermore, in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner had illicit relation with the deceased who started pressurizing the petitioner to cough up money and thereafter, petitioner committed the alleged crime.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Dehri (T ) P.S. Case no. 502/2015 pending in the court of Sri Divesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Dehri District Rohtas/ concerned court stands rejected.
