Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.7.2015 on the accusation that two pistols, two magazines and ten live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. It appears that prior to institution of the present case, one case of Arms Act had been registered against the petitioner in the year 2005.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Mufassil P.S. Case no. 138/2015.
