Petitioner along with other F.I.R named accused and unknown persons allegedly assaulted the informant's family members by means of leathal weapons but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner happens to be an order giver and moreover, there is a case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injuries. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Purnea in connection with
