2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P. S. Case No.153 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Countrymade Mahua wine is said to have recovered from the house of the petitioner and therefore, in my view, this petition is hit by Section 76(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

4. Accordingly, this petition stands rejected being not maintainable.

5. However, petitioner is directed to surrender before
