It is submitted that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Collector, Purnea being Appeal No.79 of 2017 arising out of the order dated 08.04.2017 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Dhamdaha. It is further submitted that in the facts of the present case because the appeal is pending since the year 2017, it would be just and proper to direct the Collector, Purnia to dispose of the appeal after hearing the parties within a reasonable period.

In the facts of the present case, this Court directs the Collector, Purnea to dispose of the Appeal No.79 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5971 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 2017 pending before him since the year 2017 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
