In course of investigation, the only call details of the petitioner and one Ramakant Tanti as well as confessional statement could be collected by the investigating officer and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon ( Shivnarayanpur) P.S.Case No. 06 of 2014.
