2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of proceeding of contempt against opposite party no. 2 for his willful disobedience and deliberate defiance of order dated 29.03.2024 passed in CWJC No. 161 of 2024."

3. A show-cause has come on behalf of the Circle

Patna High Court MJC No.118 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 Officer, Danapur, Patna annexing the order passed on 26.06.2025.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Circle Officer, Danapur has not passed the order properly and as such, he may be granted liberty to challenge the same.

5. Granting said liberty, the MJC No. 118 of 2025 stands disposed of.
